This is a TV signal amplifier which provides one input and four outputs, and a Cable Modem Bypass Port, for connecting multiple TV sets or cable boxes. Allows multiple devices to connect to the cable system without losing signal quality. Unity Gain on all output ports means every device gets the exact same signal level as provided at the input.
Meets or exceeds all SCTE Standards. PTC Short-Circuit Protected UL Listed Adaptor - Self-resetting circuit protection provides safe protection against short-circuits to minimize outage times. UNRELIABLE DEVICE

Received the item today. Gave this item the benefit of a doubt from a negative review. The review was spot on. The device was faulty. Garbage. Red light came on ASAP when plugged in. Unplugged and plugged it in four times to make sure it was faulty. Beware!

This cable amplifier worked amazing. I went from having very unreliable and crappie Picture quality to now having crystal clear quality picture Plus more channels come in now. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Should have gotten this long ago.

I had the past several years a Motorola unit just like this with only ONE output. It was terrific But lately I added a few more tvs with too many splitters It was weak on the distant TVs I had some pixel breakups. I hook this right where the Cable comes into the house then run one output to my Cable modem the remainder outputs to my TVs. This a spinoff of the Motorola unit But this one with 4 outputs gives even better results that are amazing. My computers, WiFi TVs all work just wonderful. It is a dependable solid workhorse that I could not live without. VERY much worth the price. Read more

Failed right out of the box

Bought this to improve the cable signal.Nope. Never got to see it work as it never worked. I set it up and plugged it in, the green power light was red and zero signal got through it. No cable or internet.I emailed the seller and never got a response.Returned.

operates properly and well described

Reliable Cable provided a fair and accurate description. The installation was simple and clear though the bypass filter is not well marked on the product but if the power goes out...are you really using your internet and/or television The gain was less the -1db on the 4 outputs which is excellent. O verall well made but I am concerned that it does not appear to be a weatherproof unit and I have not yet tested the MoCA applications. Read more

Works fine. (This is for cable TV, not for satellite or an antenna.)

I replaced a splitter with this unit and instantly got much better cable TV signals. It works great, and is less expensive than comparable products. I like that all the inputs and outputs are on one side so the unit can be mounted flush on a wall. The fact that the cable from the power adapter is al so a coax cable (you supply it, and it can be up to 100 feet) is nice. Read more

great picture now

Suddenlink is my provider and they are the worse! The drop cable is all rusted and corroded and Suddenlink refuses to replace their damaged cable, so I was always having to 'reset' the ethernet modem otherwise the TV picture would break up due to low band width. Installed this amplifier and had imme diate improvement. Now the TV picture is stable so it is much better. Read more
