Great Food for Crickets
5/ 5stars

This size will last for a very, very long time. More affordable than purchasing the small sizes. Provides the crickets with great nutritional value, which is great when feeding them to your reptile. Crickets love it. Always find them eating.

Charging twice as much as before
1/ 5stars

This was an excellent deal for the price but now that they are charging 22 for what used to be 10 it is not a very good deal at all anymore! Crickets and mealworms loved it but if you read the ingredients it really wasn't that nutritious anyways it was just a good supplemental feed

i highly recommend this product for any type of feeder crickets. They will love eating this stuff
5/ 5stars

what i like about this product is that the 6 pounder of cricket feed is at such a reasonable price that when i used to live in new york they charged so much money that it was crazy. i cant buy the 6 pounder at a petstore thankyou for selling big containers of cricket feed. My crickets are enjoying t he delicious cricket feed. They started eating it when i put it in their cage. If anyone needs a big container of cricket food for their crickets i highly recommend this product to feeder crickets . The expiration date is just about right with this product and it wont go bad for awhile. Thankyou for taking the time of replacing my items i am very happy with them and it came on time. Read more

Great product at a great price
5/ 5stars

Great cricket food at a great price! If you are going to start keeping feeder insects to feed your reptile pet, then this is what you want to get. I started out buying the smaller 14oz size for a price of over half the price of this 6 giant jar before I finally wised up. So price-wise it's a no-brai ner! As a gut-loader for the 1,000 crickets I need to keep in order to feed our dragon lizard, I'd have to say it's excellent, as evidenced by the rate of the lizard's growth rate apparent health of the crickets. We've got healthy, happy, chirping, lively crickets for the entire 2-3 weeks that they are alive- before being eaten by our hungry, growing lizard. Read more

I Won't Recommend ANYTHING Else
5/ 5stars

We used to make own my own Dubia feeder feed and with the amount of animals in our rescue, it became time consuming and not very consumer savvy. We looked into the Flukers high Calcium Cricket diet and we were impressed enough with the ingredients that we purchase a small jug to see if the roaches w ould eat it. Not on did they eat it we had a breeding and growth explosion. After 2 1/2 years of growing my colony from ten females and two males, I am now able to gift an breeder bin (125:5) to those in need without having to charge them. We give them away with the mindset that we must support our local community and as a result, I've easily givn away 5,000 feeders and 300 breeders in the last three months. we buy three of the 6 pound jugs every 2-3 months and we've seen a healthier roach and a meatier roach and that means healthier and stronger animals. Thank you for a quality healthy product that I can trust for both our rescued babies and our personal al babies. Read more

Enough to last and crickets seem to enjoy it.
5/ 5stars

I breed my own crickets to keep up with the demand of my bearded dragon which eats up to 30 per day and a gecko. The size of this container will last awhile and is of great value for the price as long as it doesnt keep going up in price as it has. I feed this to each thousand crickets at 1 tablespoo n per day and give them fresh veggies and fruits when available. They flock to it quickly when I put it in their tanks. They seem to love it and they seem to be happy in their tanks chirping and producing more babies every day. Read more

Gut-loading calcium dusting calcium superior product for delivering calcium to your pets via feeder insects
5/ 5stars

I use Fluker's high calcium cricket feed as a staple protein source for my colony of dubia cockroaches, which I use to feed two very happy leopard geckos. The colony swarms as soon as they smell it in their enclosure I've noticed the colony's overall health and productivity increase dramatically sin ce I began using this product.Additionally, it's important to note that gut-loading feeder insects with calcium (as well as other minerals, vitamins, and protein), which this food source accomplishes well. As a means of delivering calcium-rich feeder insects to your pets, gut-loading is superior to 'dusting' feeders with calcium, which I have never done before. Calcium delivered by dusting is not as easily absorbed as when the feeder itself is calcium-rich - and why not gut-load when products like this exist10/5 stars I will be a lifelong customer of Fluker's products. You need this product!
5/ 5stars

If you breed feeder insects like crickets, roaches, mealworms, or superworms, or if you buy in bulk, this cricket food a must. At 12-13 dollars dollars for a 6 pound jar, the value is unbeatable. It costs half as much as buying the smaller containers of flukers cricket food.As for the cricket food i tself, it's great. My crickets love it, and I have very few dead crickets showing up in the cage. There is some leftover substance that the crickets don't eat, but it's not much. If you feed your crickets too much, they tend to become picky and leave more of the scrap behind. This is a complete, calcium-fortified cricket diet so you can give your crickets this plus water and leave it at that. Super simple. This stuff is gut-loading food, meaning your reptiles or amphibians will get lots of nutrients from eating insects that are fed with this food. I've heard it also works well for dubia roaches and mealworms.I breed crickets and I'm still not even a quarter of the way through this jar after several months. But it's staying fresh, so no worries about that here. I definitely recommend this product if you breed or buy feeder insects in bulk. Read more
