All paws up from our cats - they love these

I have to say right up front that I am NOT a fan of Hartz products. I've had too many of their items thatwere horrid for one reason or another. However, when we adopted two litter mates last year, one of them was a runt. He also didn't like to eatcanned wet food, only soft mushy things. We had the ve
t check his teeth, and other than a little tartar, hedidn't have any bad teeth or inflammation, so it was just his preference. (He eats crunchy dry just fine, butonly licks the gravy off of all canned foods.)He was also having a rough time putting on a little weight, so I started looking for a soft treat of some kind thathe would eat, and I saw these. My internal wall went up when I saw the brand, but after reading the ingredients,I felt this product didn't have any junk that would potentially harm him. I originally picked up one four-pack of bothflavors (chicken and tuna) from another retailer, then came to Amazon to buy in larger quantities. We don't give this very often to them, and use it as a special treat, or when our runt is looking a little thin.Being a long-haired cat, we do have to keep up with hairballs and grooming with him, but he still doesn't eat a lot. However, he finds these treats irresistible! Both brothers love it, but I am most happy that Gus likes them! The texture is like ground meat baby food - very smooth, but not grainy.I've included a few pictures for your entertainment.I cut them just above the red part, and it works well to not come out faster than he can eat it.As long as they don't add a lot of chemical junk to these, we'll keep buying them.
